2 x 30 min. a week - $35 per session

DT Fit’s group classes offer an energetic, community-driven training experience built to push you, motivate you, and keep you coming back for more. These sessions are designed using a faster-paced, circuit-style format, giving you a full-body workout that keeps your heart rate up and challenges every major muscle group.
Each class is structured so all fitness levels can participate—whether you’re new to training or looking to elevate your conditioning. Our coaches guide you through each station with proper technique, personalized adjustments, and plenty of encouragement.
